Peter is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#104763) who has worked in individual and group therapy settings, specializing in adolescents, young adults, and family work. Peter enjoys identifying and utilizing individuals’ strengths to assist with the creation and maintaining self- growth, efficacy, motivation, and appreciation. Peter would like to continue working with adolescent and adult clients to address difficulties with anxiety, depression, family issues, communication, and transitions.
Peter received his M.S. in Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal State Northridge. Peter has previously worked as an In-Home Outreach Counselor at Strength United (Northridge, CA), a non-profit and affordable counseling center Counseling West (Sherman Oaks, CA), and in an Intensive Outpatient Programing (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting at Engage Therapy (Westlake Village, CA). Peter also serves as Adjunct Faculty and as a Counseling Specialist at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), specializing on factors impacting university students’ academic success.
During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, listening/playing music, and playing with his two terriers.
